*she's also EMO, and proudly proclaims it. Pretty poo.
Maybe you joined the band with the wrong intentions ,
OR
maybe you didn't understand the goals the band wanted to achieve.
Being a guitarist IN A BAND, requires constant practice. The practice and learning never ends. Whenever you achieve something (guitar-wise) , the next thing is to PERFECT it. You can't be sloppy onstage, live, in front of an audience. If you are, people aren't going to talk about how chun you are, or how cool you are. They're going to focus on your mistakes. Your friends might do otherwise, only because they're your friends. Your bandmates will tell you the truth though. If you can't live up to their standards, then the only thing to do, is get out of the band. Gracefully. It happens all the time. You don't have to rant about it.
think about what you've done/achieved, and don't lie to yourself. Think well, and grow as a guitarist.
Cheers,
Warren

hey thanx alot for ur comment. but seriously u don't even know what was the story behind it. so pls dun jump into conclusions yt ok? how do u feel when ur own band mates kicked u out of the band WITHOUT TELLING YOU about it? n i'm fine with leaving the band but the so called band leader seriously conveniently didn't tell me about recruiting new members n jz move on without me. if it were u, will u be okay wit it? huh?
playing music is great but overdoing it? is bad okay!
If you've been cheating yourself, and not working up to standard, not keeping your bandmates happy - yeah, you pretty much deserve it.
If it happened to me, sure, I'd be pissed for a while.I wouldn't lie to myself, though. I'd accept the fact that I didn't work hard enough to complement the rest of the guys as part of a band.
Shit happens, you move on.
